We offer handcrafted, pre-shrunk pure cotton nighties, maternity feeding wear, and loungewear. While we strive to present accurate photos and colors, slight variations in natural cotton dye, lighting, and screen brightness may occur. All products are subject to inventory availability.

2. Orders & Guest Checkout

We provide a seamless guest checkout experience without requiring account creation. You agree to provide accurate and complete contact details (full name, valid 10-digit mobile number, exact postal address, and correct 6-digit Indian PIN code). Incorrect address details causing delivery delays or courier returns are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept 100% secure online payments through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay Payments, supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Netbanking. Orders are confirmed once payment authorization is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

No Customer Cancellations: Because our boutique dispatch team begins measuring, inspecting, and packaging your garments immediately upon payment confirmation to ensure 24 to 48-hour courier dispatch, orders once confirmed and paid cannot be cancelled by the customer. Please review your bag and size selection carefully before completing payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch parcels across all pin codes in India via Speed Post and private courier networks. Estimated transit times range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your destination state. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to unforeseen logistical disruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, boutique photography, product copy, and software code on this website are the intellectual property of Garden Parveen and Veltron Boutique. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore / Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
